Pumps TsNS (ЦНС) 40/63/80/180/240

Pumps TsNS (ЦНС) 40/63/80/180/240 are centrifugal horizontal, divided, multistage, single-housing pumps with impellers located on one side.  Rotor’s axial force is offset by the balancing ring.

 

Distinctive characteristics of Centrifugal Pumping Units TsNS (ЦНС) 180, 240:

  • Interchangeable with their analogs manufactured in the city of Sumy because their installation footprints are identical;
  • Mass is much lower than the mass of analogs manufactured in the city of Sumy;
  • Flow passage is made of corrosion-resistant steel which allow to handle rather corrosive media;
  • Unique engineering solutions allowed to practically eliminate vibration in pump’s impeller blades and increase pump efficiency.



Centrifugal Pumping Units TsNS 25 (ЦНС 25)

Centrifugal Pumping Units TsNS (ЦНС) 25 are centrifugal, horizontal, divided, multistage (counter-currents are used) pumps with impellers located on both sides.

 

Distinctive characteristics of Centrifugal Pumping Units TsNS  25 (ЦНС 25):

  • Impellers located on both sides and use of standard thrust bearing offset rotor’s axial load and increase rotor’s efficiency. This solution obviates the need for a balancing ring in the design and improves pump’s reliability.
  • Standard electric motor ВА02-450 or 5AH (engine rotary speed of 3000 rpm) and step-up gear that increases rotary speed of pump’s shaft up to 6800 rpm both make this pump more efficient versus pumps that have traditional designs.

Distinctive features of Centrifugal Pumping Units TsNS 25 (ЦНС 25) with a high-speed adjustable drive:

  • Standard electric motor ВА02-450 or 5AH (engine rotary speed of  3000 rpm) and step-up gear that increases rotary speed of pump shaft up to 6800 rpm both make this pump more efficient versus pumps that have traditional designs;
  • Volume of injection can be controlled within a wide range from 17 up to 30 m3/h. Head can be controlled within a wide range from 1000 up to 2100 m;
  • Pump parameters can be automatically controlled and maintained per desired head or volume of injection by changing engine rotary speed with frequency converter used;
  • Soft start of electric motor allowed to eliminate starting surges in electric mains;
  • Pump operates with considerably lower noise levels;
  • Pump is smaller in mass and size.
