Summary of Training Period for the 2011-2012 Young New Hires.
During the Training Period young engineers have not only become more skilled but also completed «Young Engineer’s School» training curriculum at the corporateTrainingCenter. Nearly one third of them have delivered their research reports at the Research-Technical Conference. Two Young New Hires were ranked first, five were ranked second and third. Factory commission concluded that most of the new young hires have been successfully mastering new skills. Pursuant to the General Director’s Order, 30 Young New Hires have their salaries raised by one payment group and 13 of them got new qualification categories. Training supervisors have also been remunerated.
